In a difficult, declining market, Jacki obtained her Real Estate license and soared to "Rookie of the Year" her first year in 1989. She moved many times in her career which has given her a keen perspective as to the difficulty that relocating can be.
Family pulled her to Washington State where she now calls home. "It's such a beautiful State, the majestic Cascade Mountains, the snow-capped Olympic peninsula and the golden wheat fields of Eastern Washington. Now I'm in the best place ever - Fidalgo, Whidbey and the San Juan Islands! It's fun to sell Real Estate in such a healthy place to live, filled with great outdoor activities and recreation," says Jacki. "Real Estate is a very good investment. It will always have its ups and downs but in the long run it has shown consistent growth. I want to guide my clients to make wise decisions in their Real Estate investments."
Shortly after relocating to Washington she went to work as a Coldwell Banker Bain REALTOR® and qualified as a Certified Mover's Advantage and Realty Plus agent. This allowed her to assist NFCU and USAA buyers through their home buying process.
Whidbey Island Naval Air Station (NAS) is the primary Military base that Jacki services and covers a wide geographic radius around this base. Jacki says, "This is such an exciting time to be a REALTOR® with an MRP Certification! The NAS is expanding and moving a whole new fleet to Oak Harbor, it's a great market to invest in."
Indeed, Jacki's number one priority is to understand the needs of her clients. "The process of finding a home and securing a purchase for my clients is all about them, their wants, their needs and what their goals are. My job is to guide them through the entire process to the best of my ability."
