Ancora Holdings LLC Announces Completion of Foreclosure and Acquisition of Certain Assets From ATI Enterprises, Inc. and its Affiliates

HURST, Texas, Aug. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Ancora Holdings LLC ("Ancora") is pleased to announce the acquisition, by one of its subsidiaries, of certain assets from ATI Enterprises, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, "ATI"), including assets located at the following campus locations:

South Texas Vocational Technical Institute – Weslaco, Texas
South Texas Vocational Technical Institute – Brownsville, Texas
South Texas Vocational Technical Institute – McAllen, Texas
South Texas Vocational Technical Institute – Corpus Christi, Texas
South Texas Vocational Technical Institute – San Antonio, Texas
Arizona Automotive Institute – Glendale, Arizona

A publicly noticed foreclosure sale was held on May 30, 2013 in Dallas, Texas for the pledged assets of ATI. The assets noted above were sold to ATI's lenders in the foreclosure sale and transferred to STVT-AAI Education Inc., d/b/a Ancora Education, a subsidiary of Ancora, on August 12, 2013.

The STVT and AAI brands, which have operated for over 40 years, specialize in career-focused training in various allied health, wellness, and skilled trades programs of study and are renowned for their quality education and training and for preparing graduates for rewarding careers.
