Anite to License Nokia OSS Interfaces

Companies sign agreement giving Anite access to Nokia's network infrastructure interfaces for integration with Anite's Nemo products 

Anite, a global leader in wireless network testing technology, today announced that it has signed an agreement with Nokia Networks under the Operations Support Systems interoperability initiative (OSSii) for access to Nokia's OSS interfaces. Integration with Nokia product interfaces ensures that Anite's Nemo products can accurately and comprehensively analyze wireless network data in their operator customer LTE networks.

OSSii was initiated to enable OSS interoperability between different OSS vendors' equipment. Operations Support Systems integrate to a variety of telecom network technologies from several equipment vendors as well as the telecom operator business systems, making the integration of OSS complex and costly. The objectives of OSSii include enabling easier interoperability between OSS systems, reducing overall OSS integration costs, and enabling shorter time-to-market. Ericsson, Huawei and Nokia are the initiating parties of OSSii - Operations Support Systems interoperability initiative.

Nemo WindCatcher is a desktop-based, vendor-neutral, multi-data drive test data post-processing tool. It supports a wide range of data inputs and all major data collection tools on the market.
