Antivia announces availability of DecisionPoint™ R11

LEEDS, United Kingdom, Nov. 8, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Antivia, an industry-leading business intelligence (BI) software company and subsidiary of insightsoftware.com, today announced that the latest version of its modern business intelligence platform, DecisionPoint™ version 4, R11, is generally available and now includes native integration into the Salesforce® platform. This new version of DecisionPoint™ provides access to more data sources, increases app designer productivity and features a significant internal re-architecture of the calculation engine to strengthen and streamline its core foundation.

DecisionPoint™ is a fast application creation tool that lets non-programmers turn data into beautiful information applications and interactive dashboards that can be shared with anyone on a web browser, tablet or smartphone, giving business people fingertip access to the information they need to make informed decisions.

A highlight of R11 is a native cloud connector which provides access to Salesforce® and Sage™ Live data from both DecisionPoint™ Designer and DecisionPoint™ Server.

• Access help more quickly and more easily through a new, online, searchable Help Desk

Antivia has also renamed its standalone product from DecisionPoint™ For Excel to DecisionPoint™ Designer to reflect that it can now access more than just Excel® data. At the same time, DecisionPoint™ Enterprise will now be called DecisionPoint™ Server. These are product name changes only and existing licenses are not affected.

DecisionPoint™ R11 is generally available to customers with a valid support and maintenance agreement.
