MONTREUIL, France, March 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Anuman Interactive launches Egypt Series chapters for PC, Mac and iPad.

Following its success on iPhone, Anuman Interactive has launched "Egypt Series" for download on PC, Mac and iPad. In the same vein as Dracula Series, "Egypt Series" is an adventure game divided into three sections that can be played separately, and features an interface and mysteries adapted for the playing public as well as simplified exploration phases.

Taking gamers back to the days of the pharaohs, "Egypt Series" lets them take on the guise of the young magician Maya and embark on an epic journey. Answering the call of Rameses II, she must investigate a series of mysterious accidents afflicting the site where an obelisk in honor of the god Amon-Re is being built.

Alain Milly, Anuman Interactive's Publishing Director had this to say about the launch: "Following on from Dracula Series," Egypt Series" is Anuman Interactive's latest step in making adventure games available to the general public. Occasional players can immerse themselves in the exciting world of ancient Egypt without being put off by an overly advanced game mode. The fact that the game can also be downloaded in three sections is also an advantage, as it allows gamers to try out "Egypt Series" at a lower cost, while giving them the option of buying other chapters and prolonging their enjoyment."

Released in download form only, the three "Egypt Series" chapters are available on iPad in five languages (French, English, Italian, Spanish and German) on the AppStore. PC and Mac versions will be available soon at leading global download platforms (http://www.microids.com/, Mac Appstore, etc.).
