Prior to his time with APG&E, Jay spent 11 years at Engie in various roles including 7 years as Vice President of Supply. Prior to Engie, Jay worked in various positions at Dynegy and Exxon Mobil. He holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Louisiana State University and is certified by the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) as an Energy Risk Professional (ERP).
