Chang joins with nearly a decade of experience at comScore, a digital analytics company, bringing with her significant experience in market research and data analysis. As Principal Analyst, Chang will be responsible for heading up the company's global Market Insights team, which includes direction of the App Annie Index™.

Prior to joining App Annie, Chang was a senior director at comScore, where she spent more than eight years working across various roles. Her initial experience included conducting market research and providing consulting services to digital media clients on their audience, search, and advertising analytics needs. Subsequently, she held account management and sales responsibilities. Most recently, she worked in the product management team to deliver new advertising analytics offerings. She holds bachelors and masters degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
