Bansal will present alongside several CEOs on the challenges of managing application performance in cloud environments. The panel will discuss pros and cons of application instrumentation approaches as well as what users need to do to properly understand the health of the application.
"Cloud-based applications present a unique challenge - nodes appear and disappear on the fly," said Bansal. "Together with agile development, this situation creates a high rate of change. Performance management tools must be able to continuously discover and instrument this constantly changing environment as well as dynamically provision resources as needed."
