GLENVIEW, Ill., Nov. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Apple Rush Co., Inc. (OTCPK: APRU) continues to market its Apple Rush™ Brand and will bottle a two truckload order received from its distributor in Israel with shipping dates of February & March of 2013.
Apple Rush Co., Inc. has successfully settled or dismissed all lawsuits from suppliers including the one filed by Dr. Pepper Company in which the Company (APRU) president assumed all the debt personally, with no debt to the Company allowing for better set of financials statement for the 2013 season.
Apple Rush Co., Inc. will continue to trade on the OTC Markets under the symbol APRU. Subsequently, management initiated a recapitalization plan, which has resulted in a significant reduction of operating expenses and debt. New updates for current information status on the OTC Markets will be posted in early months of 2013.
