Apple Rush Co., Inc. has successfully settled or dismissed all lawsuits from suppliers including the one filed by Dr. Pepper Company in which the Company (APRU) president assumed all the debt personally, with no debt to the Company allowing for better set of financials statement for the 2013 season.
Apple Rush Co., Inc. will continue to trade on the OTC Markets under the symbol APRU. Subsequently, management initiated a recapitalization plan, which has resulted in a significant reduction of operating expenses and debt.
