Arbitron Inc. Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

COLUMBIA, Md., Feb. 27, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Arbitron Inc. (NYSE: ARB) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 (ten cents) per common share ($0.40 per share on an annualized basis). The dividend will be paid on or about April 1, 2013 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 15, 2013.

As of February 14, 2013, there were approximately 26,689,123 shares outstanding.
