Once sequenced, Immunoverse libraries are analyzed using the Immune Repertoire pipeline in Archer Analysis—a powerful and transparent tool for clonotype identification and frequency reporting. Archer Analysis utilizes AMP-specific molecular barcode adapters to correct for PCR and sequencing errors.
