Arena Adds Most New Customers In Company History To Close Record Quarter

FOSTER CITY, Calif., April 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Arena Solutions, the pioneer of cloud-based product lifecycle management (PLM), today announced that Q1 2015 broke company records again for total subscriptions, an achievement fueled in part by the largest number of new customer subscriptions in the company's history.

New customer subscriptions grew 33% in Q1 2015 over the same period in 2014. Total subscription growth also continues to be strong, increasing at a double digit pace. Nearly one-third of Arena's existing customer base added new products, new seats – or both – during Q1 2015.

To accommodate this rapid growth, Arena has increased the size of its sales organization by 85 percent in the past three months. The company also recently moved to new headquarters in Foster City, Calif.

New customers in Q1 2015 include:

• Apical Instruments – Apical Instruments strives to enable its customers to focus their time and resources on the aspects of their business where they have the maximum leverage. Apical can efficiently handle the design, prototyping and manufacturing of assemblies that are outside the customer's primary focus.
• Rigado – Provides custom electrical, software and mechanical design solutions. Rigado's team of dynamic engineers takes customers concepts to prototype and prototypes to production.
• Alta Motors – Alta Motors (formerly BRD Motorcycles) is a team of racers, riders, designers, engineers, makers, builders, thinkers, mechanics, and troublemakers who build motorcycles because it's what they were born to do.
• Ecobee – Makes wi-fi enabled smart thermostats for residential and commercial applications that are intuitive to use and beautiful to look at. Ecobee helps people maximize comfort and savings without compromising their lifestyle.
• Precision Converting – Precision Converting Technologies, LLC (PCT) is dedicated to combine a variety of substrates, inks and materials into security and specialty applications for government identification and commercial applications to protect, track and authenticate goods from being counterfeited, altered or simulated.
• eMagin Corp.– eMagin is the leading manufacturer of active-matrix Organic LED (AM-OLED) microdisplays on silicon. These displays perform at low-power levels, extended temperature ranges and provide image performance not possible with LCD technologies.
