NEW YORK, July 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Marketing and business strategist Arikan Olguner has joined Prophet as an associate partner in its New York office.
Olguner joins Prophet from Deloitte Consulting, where since 2001 he specialized in customer-insights driven growth strategies and customer experience work for clients across industries. He was a senior manager in the firm's strategy practice since 2006.

His cross-industry experience ranges from retail to financial services to telecommunications. He has led assignments to design and implement customer experience strategies, to redefine go-to-market models, to help clients shift from product to customer-focused growth strategies, and to launch customer loyalty programs, among others.
He also brings a strong financial orientation to client engagements, having spent the early years of his career in investment banking. With an MBA in business development from the Wharton School and an MA in international studies from the University of Pennsylvania's Joseph H. Lauder Institute, he holds his undergraduate degree in economics from Bates College, Lewiston, Me.
He is a resident of New York City.
