SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 31, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Scottsdale branch of Cobalt Mortgage, Inc., a full-service mortgage banking firm, today announced the merger of two of its most successful Arizona mortgage origination teams. The Bookspan Team and The Baker Team have now joined forces to form the Bookspan Baker Team.
Leading the new team are partners Todd Bookspan, Matt Baker, and Tara Bookspan, who collectively have more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry. The team's core purpose is to help rebuild Arizona's housing market one family at a time, offering hope for the future through the dream of homeownership.
"As two separate teams, we shared a dedication to excellence in client service, which earned us a loyal base of clients, as well as constant referral business within the real estate and financial service communities," said Todd Bookspan. "We realized that by combining our knowledge and experience, we would be able to take our client service to the next level."
Todd Bookspan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the W.P.
