Mr. Pepper focuses his practice on the representation of multifamily developers and owners in the development and financing of new multifamily apartment projects and in the acquisition, financing and disposition of existing multifamily apartment projects, as well as in the structuring and closing of other commercial real estate transactions.

He regularly serves as special Georgia counsel on significant multi-state financings in which he is engaged by lead counsel at major national firms for advice on Georgia law and opinion letters in connection with significant financings.

Mr. Pepper received his law and undergraduate degrees from the University of Florida.
