HARROGATE, England and WOODCLIFF LAKE, N.J., June 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions, a business segment of Arrow Electronics Inc. (NYSE: ARW), has signed an agreement with Syncsort, a global leader in data integration acceleration and data protection software solutions, to be among the first distributors of the NetApp Syncsort Integrated Backup solution in the United Kingdom. The agreement builds on the deal the companies signed last year for North America.

NetApp Syncsort Integrated Backup offers simple, integrated and proven data protection that goes beyond deduplication to resolve critical backup and recovery challenges. The solution reduces the cost and complexity associated with traditional backup architectures and is ideal for heterogeneous storage and virtual environments.
