ArtWater.com Challenges deviantART's Online Community in the 'Skin the Bottle Competition' and Receives Over 1,500 Submissions in its First 2 Days

NEW YORK, Nov. 5, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Art Water, the bottled water company that embraces design first, "Skin the Bottle Competition," a contest that challenges the deviantART community to make its mark on the company's water bottle by entering their own designs for the bottle's label.

Three designs will be chosen, one each from the photography, digital art and traditional art categories. Winners will have their creative vision dress bottles of Art Water, plus receive $1,500 in prize money, $0.03 royalty for every bottle sold, 8,000 deviantART points and a one-year premium membership to deviantART.

This contest is the latest in the series of competitions by Art Water, which will happen every three months, inviting artists from around the world to submit their label design. Given their hands-on enthusiasm and immense pool of artistic talent, tapping the deviantART community was a natural fit.
