Arx Pax Expands Executive Team with Top Tech Industry Leaders

LOS GATOS, Calif., March 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Arx Pax, LLC, creators of Magnetic Field Architecture™ (MFA) technology and the Hendo hoverboard, today announced the appointment of James Janicki as Chief Operating Officer, and Randi Paikoff Feigin as Chief Commercial and Investment Officer. The company made these two additions to the Arx Pax executive team to help the company capitalize on strategic applications of MFA technology that range from recreation and entertainment to industrial automation, structural isolation, transportation and education.

Janicki has extensive experience running global businesses and brings to Arx Pax functional leadership that spans operations, R&D, services, engineering and sales. He has driven impressive business results at market-leading companies including GE, Dow Chemical, Pfizer, Sun Microsystems, and Affymetrix. A registered Professional Engineer, Janicki holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from Penn State and a MBA from Western Michigan University. He also serves as Chairman of the Industrial and Professional Advisory Council at Penn State's Department of Chemical Engineering.

Feigin is a dynamic Silicon Valley leader with a successful track record that includes 20 years of cross-functional experience in both corporate and Wall Street environments. She spent over a decade at Juniper Networks in various operational leadership roles including Vice President of Strategic Alliances, Vice President of Business Process Re-engineering and Vice President of Investor Relations. Prior to her tenure at Juniper, Feigin held management positions at Cisco Systems and StrataCom. Early in her career, she worked in the equity research departments of Morgan Stanley, Smith Barney and Robertson Stephens. Feigin graduated with a B.S. in finance from Ithaca College. She currently serves on the board of directors at Extreme Networks.
