According to a study by Harris Interactive©, seasonal employment has increased from 29 percent in 2011 to 36 percent in 2012. All employees undergo a specialized training program to gain Halloween costume product knowledge as more than 45 percent of Halloween shoppers dress in costumes according to the National Retail Federation.
