His addition to the team will provide more depth to one of the most extensive commentary teams in the sector. He will also contribute key analysis for other brands within City Index Group.

Laidi is recognized as a leading foreign exchange strategist, renowned for his unique intermarket approach to commodities and equity indices. He authored the best-seller, "Currency Trading & Intermarket Analysis," which was originally published in 2007. At FX Solutions, Laidi will draw on his extensive experience and background in global macro and central bank issues to provide market analysis to the company's global client base, the media and the organization's key stakeholders, with a particular focus on currencies. His role will also include oversight and implementation of FX Solutions' global brand reach in key markets, including the US, the Middle East and Europe. Laidi is fluent in Arabic and French and has oral command of Spanish and Italian, which makes him uniquely qualified to address diverse markets.
