Hundreds of practitioners, lenders, investors, and international guests will pack the halls to learn about topics such as the Asia's Hottest Markets, How to Service High Net-Worth Clientele, Canada's luxury markets, how to market your "second tier" city on the international stage, marketing high end listings, and much more. Attendees will also have opportunities to hear from some of AREAA's top international and luxury agents in two special sessions, as well as a Developers Showcase panel featuring some of the biggest developers in Hawaii.
The Summit comes at a time when international investment in the US is at an all-time high. Chinese investors continue to dominate despite new government restrictions of outbound capital, a topic that will be discussed in-depth at the event. International investment has proven it is not a phase, and is continuing to reshape not just commercial and industrial real estate, but residential as well, with foreign buyers continuing to purchase luxury and investment properties at an incredible rate. "We continue to see a dramatic rise in the level of international investment in the US, particularly from Asian countries such as China, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan," said AREAA National Chairwoman Vicky Silvano. "This Summit, by bringing together some of the biggest names in luxury and international real estate, will help us educate our members about the fantastic opportunities that are available by servicing these two lucrative markets."
