Company Plans to Be Reporting Company By End of 2011
FRISCO, Texas, July 21, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Assured Pharmacy, Inc. (Other OTC:APHY.PK), a leading specialty pharmacy group providing prescription medications to more than 3,000 sufferers of chronic pain, announced today it has been upgraded to the OTC Pink Current Information with the OTC Markets, using the OTC Markets Group's Alternative Reporting Standard. The required disclosures have been posted on the OTC Markets website and are available at www.otcmarkets.com under the Company's ticker symbol, APHY.PK.
Assured Pharmacy is in the process of preparing a Form 10 to be filed with the SEC and is pursing becoming a reporting company by the end of 2011.
