ATA to Present at 9th Annual Piper Jaffray China Growth Conference

("ATA" or the "Company", Nasdaq: ATAI), a leading provider of computer-based testing and testing-related services in China, today announced that the Company's Chief Financial Officer Benson Tsang is scheduled to participate in a panel and private meetings at the 9^th Annual Piper Jaffray China Growth Conference on June 11-12, 2012.

The conference is scheduled to take place at the JW Marriott in Hong Kong.
