VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., March 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Jim Steinle, President of Atomic Plumbing, has been recognized by Plumbing & Mechanical magazine as Plumbing Contractor of the Year. Steinle, who began with Atomic as an apprentice himself in 1978, understands the importance of skilled employees. Steinle pays for the required training as long as employees pass the course, and his business model is to always have apprentices in training, ready to move through the ranks as his business grows.
