AT&T is seeking both Customer Support Specialists and Live Chat Customer Support Specialists at the company's Call Center located at 3755 Monte Villa Parkway in Bothell. Customer Support Specialists handle calls from internal and external customers related to troubleshooting, warranties, network coverage, handsets and devices, accessories, billing, rate plans, features and services, and repair. Live Chat Customer Support Specialists correspond with our customers via live chat. They handle inquiries from customers related to billing, rate plans, features, coverage, accessories, troubleshooting and more.  AT&T's call center features workout facilities, and discounted childcare as well as walking trails and quiet rooms.
