Atty Andrey Filipowicz of Leving Firm Secures Major International Child Abduction Case Victory

CHICAGO, Sept 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Federal Judge Gary Feinerman issued a landmark ruling on August 31, 2012, in an international child abduction case in favor of Marcin Tlustochowicz , who was represented by Andrey B. Judge Feinerman ruled that Mr. Tlustochowicz's wife's removal of their son from the United States to Poland was wrongful, within the meaning of Article 3 of the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Judge Feinereman's ruling came after a court in Poland requested that Mr. Tlustochowicz seek such a ruling from a United States Court.
