Press conference by Auditor General Jack Wagner to highlight the need for a comprehensive infrastructure program for Pennsylvania. Wagner has said that an infrastructure bill should be the General Assembly's No. 1 priority this spring.

Haynes Street Bridge, Johnstown.
WHY:
Pennsylvania leads the nation with over 6,000 structurally deficient bridges, and the Haynes Street Bridge, which carries 10,000 vehicles daily, is one of 72 structurally deficient bridges in Cambria County.
