IBM Veteran Brings Wealth of Enterprise Software Expertise and Executive Leadership to Meet Rapid Company Growth

Paul joins Automic from IBM, where he served in multiple executive software sales capacities, most recently as the Vice President of Software sales for all IBM software products in the Great Lakes Region. Prior to that, Paul served as Vice President of Information Management Sales across all of North America, responsible for the database, data warehouse, information governance, data integration and MDM markets. As the leader of IBM's largest software brand, his team produced record-setting results in both 2010 and 2011. Additionally, Paul led the InfoSphere sales team across North America and was responsible for not only record growth, but also the integration of multiple acquisitions.
Paul's executive career at IBM began in acquisitions where he served as the Director for Information Management Sales Integration. He and his team were responsible for the successful integration and execution of over $10B of IBM strategic acquisitions to include Cognos, FileNet, DataMirror, Princeton Softech, Exeros and others. Paul joined IBM via the acquisition of Ascential Software where he governed several crucial business initiatives leading towards IBM's acquisition.
