Hock E. Puck Meets Hock E. Stick: Where Good Sportsmanship and Great Friendship Meet is a wonderful tale that emphasizes powerful messages about good sportsmanship, working hard, the value of teamwork, and the importance of friendship. Written by two Chicago Blackhawks fans who obviously love hockey, it will capture the imagination of young hockey fans everywhere.
Hock E. Puck has no hockey stick to move around with, experiences bullying from the other inhabitants of the sporting goods store, and gets relegated to the "Bargain Bin." After what seems like an eternity, Hock E. Puck meets Hock E Stick, an orphaned hockey stick who was thrown in the garbage by the stick factory because of a small paint blemish. Hock E. Stick helps Hock E Puck move to the hospital for repairs and sets up a home for both of them among the wooden crates behind the True Blue Hockey Crew stadium, where they are eventually discovered by a famous goalie named "Blue Blocker," become members of the famous True Blue Hockey Crew and lead the team to victory in the hockey playoffs.
