Verdi Productions producer Chad A. Verdi told Investor Ideas that Cinedigm acquired North American rights and plans a spring 2015 theatrical release. The film stars   Mickey Rourke and Dolph Lundgren.  Ryan Little, the director of 2013 WWII drama Saints and Soldiers, helmed War Pigs. The plot has a ragtag group of misfits on a secret mission behind enemy lines to find and capture a secret weapon being developed by Adolf Hitler and the SS. Luke Goss (Hellboy II), Noah Segan(Looper) and UFC fighter Chuck Liddell also co-star. Cinedigm plans to release War Pigs theatrically next spring.
