Awlogy Media Group Launches New Wellness Program as Benefit to Employees

SAN DIEGO, Dec. 19, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Awlogy Media Group today formally launched the Awlogy Wellness Program, a company-wide initiative designed to cultivate healthy work/life balance among their employees.

The program takes a holistic approach to addressing the wellbeing of Awlogy employees. To facilitate mental health, the Awlogy Wellness Program is giving access to meditation classes and float therapy at Float Sanctuary along with Sojourn Healing Collective. Employees will also receive access to Headspace, one of the world's most popular meditation apps with 20 million downloads across 190 countries.

To address physical fitness, Awlogy is providing staff with memberships to FIT Athletic Club. The gym, which was originally founded in Houston in 2004 and has since expanded to four additional locations in the greater San Diego area, is centrally located in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter.
