Axion Health™ Co-founder Reaches Wellness Milestone with Health Links™ Colorado
WESTMINSTER, Colo., Aug. 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Since the company's early days, Axion Health co-founder, Dr. Lee Newman, has always promoted a strong link between occupational health success and workplace wellness. Last year, Dr. Newman put action behind words when he co-founded Health Links, through the Center for Worker Health and Environment in the University of Colorado School of Public Health. The nonprofit initiative provides evidence-based Healthy Business Certification and advises Colorado companies on corporate wellness initiatives. Axion Health was one of the first companies to become certified.
Recently, Health Links certified its 100th company -- a milestone that is even more impressive considering Health Links was founded less than a year ago.
