Axxess Unlimited Realizes 200% Quarter-over-Quarter Revenue Increase
Company's AIR™ System Sees Rapid Growth in Commercialization
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 15, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Axxess Unlimited (Azia Corp.) (OTC PINK: AXXU), an emerging data flow management and digital marketing company, announced today a 201% quarter-over-quarter revenue increase for the third quarter ending September 30, 2012, largely the result of increased licensing fees from the Company's Axxess Interlock Reporting (AIR™) system.
Revenue for the third quarter was $188,331, compared with revenue of $62,567 for the quarter ending June 30, 2012, a 201% increase. Licensing revenue for the third quarter was $139,608, compared to $36,900 for the quarter ending June 30, 2012.
"After years of development and significant investment, obviously we are thrilled that commercialization is expanding for AIR," said Michael Roth, CEO of Axxess Unlimited. "We have developed a phenomenal product, and our market is beginning to take notice. With our new features and pricing structure, we expect this trend to continue as new interlock distributors and manufacturers include AIR in their product and service packages.
Mr. Roth concluded, "At this young stage of our development, we are primarily concerned with top line growth, the best proof of concept and legitimacy. We can say that AIR is great, but our clients' opinion is what really matters. We expect to announce new contracts in the coming months, which will further increase sales and margins in our recurring-revenue model."
Drinking and driving remains a huge problem in the U.S., resulting in nearly 11,000 fatalities annually. Interlock companies are experiencing rapid growth because the interlock has shown itself to be an effective solution for monitoring the drinking and driving behavior of individuals who have been convicted of a DUI. There are currently approximately 280,000 interlocks in use in the U.S, growing at about 18.5% compounded annually. Many states have seen high reductions in alcohol-related fatalities when they fully realize the benefits of interlock devices and the robust systems that drive them, like AIR.
