SCRANTON, Pa., April 8 /PRNewswire/ -- AZEK Building Products, manufacturer of AZEK Deck, the #1 brand of stain resistant decking, announces an agreement with the makers of the HIDfast deck hidden fastening system giving them access to the AZEK distribution channel.  As part of the agreement, the incredibly fast HIDfast system will be sold only through the AZEK channel.

How It Works:  The HIDfast system installs fasteners through the edge of the decking and down into the joist at an angle. This type of edge fastening is secure and gives customers a smooth, screw-free decking surface that is safer for bare feet and looks more attractive.  HIDfast fasteners are available in 2.5 or 3 inches in length which is perfect for securing an AZEK Deck to most types of framing.  The pneumatic air-gun is loaded with two 25-piece collated fastener strips and, during use, is used to drive the fasteners into the board one at a time.
