The 250-key Continental Oceanfront South Beach Hotel, located at 18th Street and Collins Avenue in world famous Miami Beach, Florida, is ideally situated directly on the beach in the renowned Art Deco District. Within two blocks of the Miami Beach Convention Center, Lincoln Road, and the historic Jackie Gleason Theater, the hotel is also just blocks from Ocean Drive, world-class shopping, dining and nightlife. The property is expected to remain operational during the renovation and repositioning and will be launched as part of the B Hotels & Resorts® family in late fall 2012.
