B2R Finance Appoints Chief Financial Officer
Evan Lorch joins executive team for growing residential buy-to-rent finance company
NEW YORK, Oct. 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- B2R Finance, the leading provider of residential buy-to-rent mortgages for property investors, has named venture capital and private equity finance veteran Evan Lorch its new chief financial officer.
Lorch joins B2R with a wealth of leadership experience in financial services, from capital markets to startups. In this newly created position, he will report directly to B2R Finance President John Beacham, and will utilize his strong background in operations, M&A and emerging markets to lay the groundwork to support the company's substantial growth trajectory.

Prior to joining B2R, Lorch served as CFO at CoreOne Technologies, where he oversaw all financial and accounting functions across CoreOne's centers in North America, Europe and Asia. He previously served as CFO at the international trading company BIDS Trading LP, where he was responsible for all financial operations and administrative functions. Lorch started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Banking & Capital Markets group.
