The event will include hors d'oeuvres, drinks and giveaways every hour for Houston Astros tickets that include dinner for 2 and 2 tickets to the game. Children at Risk wants to make Texas the safest place on earth for children by providing victims with a safe place to live and supply resources they need to heal.
