Bahrain's Financial Harbor Is Active In Supporting Breast Cancer Awareness
MANAMA, Bahrain, Oct. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- In partnership with the Bahrain Cancer Society, the Bahrain Financial Harbor Holding Company announced it will light the towers in pink throughout October to honor Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The campaign, aimed at women of Bahrain, hopes to serve as a reminder of the need for regular screenings. In addition, the campaign hopes to raise public awareness of the disease, its causes and means of prevention.
The Bahraini Cancer Society is managing several campaigns throughout October to increase public education about breast cancer. More information about the Bahrain Cancer Society and its events surrounding Breast Cancer Awareness Month can be found here.
