Ballast Nedam Strengthens Position With van Bree
Ballast Nedam has reached agreement on the takeover of part of the activities of the Dutch construction company van Bree
NIEUWEGEIN, the Netherlands, April 20, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --
It concerns the takeover of 15 projects with a volume of approximately € 20 million and the Building Service property maintenance activities. Employment for approximately 20 employees remain preserved. The acquired businesses are integrated into Ballast Nedam Building & Development Region South in Eindhoven.
The takeover is a valuable strengthening of the position of Bouwborg in the Southern region in The Netherlands. Bouwborg is a subsidiary of Ballast Nedam and performs maintenance, renovation, service and restoration work. The company is a national partner for housing corporations and institutional investors for the structural and technical maintenance of their property.
