MEXICO CITY, Feb. 12, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Grupo Aeromexico, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: AEROMEX) has announced that, per the Company's previous release issued today at 10:00 am ET regarding the sale of Grupo Aeromexico shares by a Banco Nacional de Mexico, S.A. ("Banamex") affiliate, due to additional market transactions, Banamex has sold shares equivalent to 20.33% of Aeromexico's total equity. Banamex will maintain shares representing 16.11% of Aeromexico's equity. The group of Mexican investors, led by Eduardo Tricio, has acquired 20.19% of Grupo Aeromexico's outstanding shares.
