Bank of Commerce Holdings™ Announces Second Quarter Cash Dividend of $0.03

REDDING, Calif., June 19, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Patrick J. Moty, President and CEO of Bank of Commerce Holdings (NASDAQ:BOCH), a $979 million bank holding company and parent company of Redding Bank of Commerce™, today announced a cash dividend of $0.03 per share for the second quarter 2013.

The $0.03 per share quarterly cash dividend will be paid to shareholders of record as of June 28, 2013, and is payable on July 12, 2013.
