Bank of the Sierra Announces Dustin Oliver as Market President
PORTERVILLE, Calif., April 9, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Bank of the Sierra recently named Dustin Oliver as Market President for the Fresno area. In his new position, Oliver will supervise and direct the Operations Managers and branch lending officers, assess risk of all financial transactions executed by bank personnel, direct, coordinate, and monitor activities to implement institution policies, procedures and practices, and generate new business.
Oliver was most recently employed by Tri Counties Bank as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager. Prior to Tri Counties Bank, Oliver was a Relationship Manager, Real Estate Industry Specialist and Private/Business Loan Underwriter at Wells Fargo. Oliver attended Fresno Pacific University and has a Bachelor of Arts degree, Business Management.
