Palusol® fire protection panels, classified as non-flammable, expand under high temperatures and foaming pressure, which produces a non-flammable and thermally insulating foam. This foam fills the joints and gaps, preventing the propagation of heat, fire and smoke for a certain period of time. Palusol applications include fire doors, fire protection glazing, as well as, in fireproof bulkheads for pipes, cables and ventilation elements. Palusol is a registered trademark of BASF SE.
