CHICAGO, Oct. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Baylor Health Care System, which following a 2013 merger is now part of the new Baylor Scott & White Health, has successfully upgraded to Allscripts (NASDAQ: MDRX) Sunrise Clinicals 6.1, an integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution, certified in accordance with the 2014 certification criteria supporting the Meaningful Use Stage 2 measures, that supports the organization's vision of being the most trusted name in giving and receiving safe, quality, compassionate health care.
Allscripts Sunrise Clinicals 6.1 is an advanced clinical information solution that integrates inpatient and ambulatory care through a single, enterprise-wide EHR.
Allscripts Sunrise Clinicals 6.1 was made generally available in June of this year. This release is certified in accordance with both the 2011/2012 and 2014 certification criteria supporting Meaningful Use Stage 1 and 2 measures.
