BeachMint Announces Third Studio Series Collection, Erin Fetherston X JewelMint
SANTA MONICA, Calif., Feb. 3, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- BeachMint, parent company to JewelMint, StyleMint, ShoeMint and intiMINT, announces today the latest installment of Studio Series, an ongoing collaboration program designed by some of fashion's most coveted names at the Mint brands' accessible price point.
The third in the series, Erin Fetherston x JewelMint, is an exclusive collection of jewelry designed by CFDA designer Erin Fetherston. The limited edition collection, comprised of ten pieces each priced at $29.99, is available only at JewelMint.com beginning Monday, February 3rd 2014.

The EFxJM collection includes two necklaces, four rings, one headband, two cuffs and one bangle set. The designs, in rose gold and gold finish, evoke Fetherston's signature feminine and whimsical style with a nod to the upcoming Valentine's holiday. Fetherston's pieces incorporate traditional icons including bows, hearts, and Cupid's arrow while imparting a playful and whimsical mood.
Fetherston added, "I wanted this collection to reference iconic ERIN style in a bold and modern way. I took a subversive approach to signature elements like bows, hearts, tassels, and kitty ears, playing with scale and perspective to give the pieces an edgy point of view. I wanted to challenge myself to reinterpret classically 'girly' symbols in a fashion forward, innovative way; that lead me to consider hearts, arrows, and animalia for the various motifs."

ABOUT ERIN FETHERSTON:
Born and raised in San Francisco Bay Area, designer Erin Fetherston graduated from UC Berkeley before attending Parsons Paris to study fashion design. In 2005, she first presented her eponymous label during the Paris haute couture shows. From its debut, the collection established Fetherston's signature feminine, whimsical and romantic sensibility, earning the brand a devoted following of press and celebrities. In 2007, Fetherston moved to New York City where has since shown ready-to-wear collection during New York City Fashion Week.
