SANTA MONICA, Calif., Nov. 26, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Social commerce company BeachMint will broadcast via Facebook its second annual CyberMint Monday Live shopping event today at 10am PST / 1pm EST with partners Ustream, Who What Wear, and StyleList. Hosted by Hillary Kerr and Katherine Power of online magazine Who What Wear, the event will stream through BeachMint's Facebook shopping app to offer an interactive home shopping experience featuring some of BeachMint's celebrity designers and style influencers. Since the success of the CyberMint Monday 2011 broadcast, garnering over 50,000 viewers who shopped as they watched, BeachMint has upgraded the app to make it more dynamic and to increase social integration.

Online shoppers will go to www.CyberMint.tv and connect with the Facebook app, which enables real-time shopping and exclusive Cyber Monday deals all while viewing the video stream as it is broadcast live from BeachMint's offices in Santa Monica. Ustream is BeachMint's exclusive live broadcasting platform partner for the event, which will also be distributed on the Ustream.tv web site.
BeachMint's celebrity designers appearing during CyberMint Monday will be ShoeMint co-designers Rachel Bilson and celebrity stylist, Nicole Chavez, and intiMINT creative director Brooke Burke-Charvet. Additional guests appearing for exclusive segments include American Idol and So You Think You Can Dance stylist Soyon An, celebrity hair stylist Mark Townsend, fashion stylist Nikki Pennie, and fashion bloggers Geri Hirsch of Because I'm Addicted and Jane Aldridge of Sea of Shoes.
