Berliner Communications, Inc. To Report 2010 Fiscal First Quarter Earnings on May 18, 2010

BLUE BELL, Pa., May 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Berliner Communications, Inc. ("Berliner" or the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: BERL), now doing business as UniTek Global Services, a premier provider of permanently outsourced infrastructure services to the wireless and wireline telecommunications, broadband cable and satellite television industries, today announced that management will report its financial results for its 2010 fiscal first quarter on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 after market close. Management will then hold a conference call to discuss the results at 8:30 a.m. eastern time on Wednesday, May 19, 2010.
