Bernhard Energy Solutions Appoints Ed Tinsley as Chief Executive Officer

BATON ROUGE, La., July 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Bernhard Energy Solutions ("the Company"), a turn-key provider of Energy-As-A-Service ("EaaS") solutions, today announced the appointment of Ed Tinsley as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Tinsley succeeds Steve Nathanson who is retiring.

Mr. Tinsley brings more than 35 years of experience in EaaS both as a consultant and as a representative of the building owner for healthcare, higher education, governmental and commercial clients. He is a co-founder of Bernhard TME and the current Chief Executive Officer of Bernhard Energy, two of the four divisions that collectively make up Bernhard Energy Solutions, along with Bernhard MCC Mechanical and Bernhard E.P. Breaux Electrical. During his career, he has managed the design of more than 300 construction projects with a total cost in excess of $5 billion and has authored numerous articles and white papers.

Mr. Tinsley is a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Registered Professional Engineer (PE), a Registered Technical Analyst, a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), a Certified LEED® Accredited Professional (LEED® AP), a Certified ASHRAE Healthcare Facility Design Professional (HFDP), an ASHE Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), and a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC).
