FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., April 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Bersin by Deloitte today introduced Bersin by Deloitte Playbooks, prescriptive new step-by-step programs to help enterprise members and their teams tackle current HR, talent and learning challenges. Bersin by Deloitte, a leading provider of research-based membership programs in human resources (HR), talent and learning, made the announcement at its IMPACT 2013: The Business of Talent® conference at the Marriott Harbor Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Playbooks bring together the experience of thousands of organizations in easy-to-understand packages, based on Bersin's acclaimed WhatWorks® research. They include tools, research, case studies, "Ask the Expert" questions and answers, and a roadmap for designing and implementing leading-practice solutions. As part of the Bersin by Deloitte WhatWorks Enterprise Membership, Playbooks embed Bersin frameworks, maturity models, and benchmarking information in highly actionable packages, enabling teams to learn and solve problems in a fast and effective way.
