Best In Class Education Center Takes Popular Tutoring Program National
SEATTLE, May 17, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Best In Class Education Center (http://bestinclasseducation.com), an after-school tutoring center in the education industry since 1995, announced today that it is now implementing and offering franchises, beginning with expansion in Washington, Oregon, California and Texas, and then proceeding nationwide. The franchisor, which is based in Seattle, Washington and operates under the name Best In Class Education Center, LLC, will award franchises for learning centers that provide education services.
Guided by principles of personalized learning and efficient management, Best In Class aims to be the best after-school learning environment for students. Each center employs tailor-made teaching materials, small or private classes, and the guidance of well-trained instructors. With programs spanning a college-bound student's needs from preschool through high school graduation, Best In Class helps students every step of the way to success.
"We've been developing our set of specialized curriculum for over a decade," said Hao Lam, Chairman of Best In Class. "Now we're ready for more growth. We expect that we will have at least 50 franchises operating within the next five years."
Originally founded in 1990 in Ontario, Canada, as a tutoring facility for math and English, the company (operating then as "BrainChild Education Center") built a reputable name for itself in the private education industry with its unique teaching system and comprehensive skill-building exercises. In 1995, the company entered the U.S. market with its first branches in Bellevue and Seattle. Over the next decade, the company refined and expanded its curriculum as it opened successful new branches along the west coast. Today, there are 14 branches operating across three states, assisting thousands of students.
Mr. Edmond Yu, CEO of Best In Class, believes this will be a solid franchise program, based on the company's experience and what they're seeing in the marketplace. "Not only does this program capitalize on the growth of the education industry, but it has the support of a well-established organization behind it," he said.
"We believe we have the right products, services, and philosophy to sustain our expansion goals," concludes Lam. "As we expand through the addition of more franchises, we expect that our market position will only become stronger."
